01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the phpun online casino platform available at phpun.net (hereinafter referred to as "phpun," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the phpun platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

phpun reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. 02 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use phpun. This requirement is in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. phpun strictly prohibits the use of its platform by minors.

phpun reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents at any time to verify your age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by phpun may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

phpun primarily serves players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing bets. phpun does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

2.3 Account Registration

To access phpun's real-money games and services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) phpun account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. phpun uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

phpun operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. phpun reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

03 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpun account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. phpun will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree to notify phpun immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. phpun recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional protection. Upon receiving notice of a suspected security breach, phpun may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

phpun accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform at the time of deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your phpun account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

phpun does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which phpun bears no responsibility. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. phpun reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval during business hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) business day. phpun is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. phpun reserves the right to impose maximum withdrawal limits on a per-transaction or per-period basis, which will be communicated on the platform.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on phpun are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phpun does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion fees incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

phpun is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. phpun reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable law. Deposits made to phpun must originate from legitimate, lawfully obtained funds. phpun may refuse, delay, or reverse any transaction it reasonably suspects to be connected to money laundering or other illegal activity.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

phpun offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses are credited to your phpun account balance and cannot be withdrawn as cash until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.
• phpun reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• phpun reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on phpun are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

phpun uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective table game.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phpun reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account balance. phpun's decision in such matters is final.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phpun platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with phpun games or services.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in phpun's platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen credit cards, or misappropriated funds to make deposits.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the phpun platform.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Attempting to access phpun's systems, databases, or servers without authorization.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phpun staff or other players through any communication channel.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the phpun platform — including but not limited to the phpun brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of phpun or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phpun platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any phpun content without prior written permission from phpun.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phpun, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phpun platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions.

phpun's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phpun account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phpun does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phpun is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages beyond phpun's reasonable control.

10 Privacy and Data

phpun collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at phpun.net/privacy-policy. By registering on phpun, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phpun implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and phpun cannot guarantee absolute data security.

11 Responsible Gaming

phpun is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Online casino gaming is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be used as a means to generate income or to recover financial losses. phpun strongly encourages all players to set personal limits and to play within their means.

phpun provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible from the account dashboard:

12 Account Suspension and Termination

phpun reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
• Use of prohibited software or cheating methods.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.

Upon account termination for cause, phpun reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, phpun may forfeit the account balance. If no breach is confirmed, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may close your phpun account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

13 Amendments to These Terms

phpun reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, phpun will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the phpun platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phpun platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

phpun's decisions regarding game outcomes, account actions, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process described above.
